Bu politika, Conditional Formatting & PDF for IFS Cloud Chrome eklentisi ve EasyFS ürünleri için geçerlidir. Kısaca: eklenti kişisel veri toplamaz, kurallarınız ve raporlarınız tarayıcınızdan çıkmaz.

1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim

Bu ürünler EasyFS tarafından geliştirilmektedir. Gizlilikle ilgili her türlü soru, talep ve veri silme başvurusu için: easyfs.extension@gmail.com

2. Tarayıcınızda saklanan veriler

Aşağıdakiler Chrome'un chrome.storage.local alanında, yalnızca sizin bilgisayarınızda saklanır. Bu veriler bize ya da başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez:

Bu verileri istediğiniz zaman eklentinin Ayarlar sayfasından dışa aktarabilir veya tamamen silebilirsiniz. Eklentiyi kaldırdığınızda Chrome bu verileri otomatik olarak siler.

3. Bize gönderilen veriler (lisans denetimi)

Eklenti, PDF dışa aktarma özelliğinin kuruluşunuz için açık olup olmadığını öğrenmek üzere günde en fazla birkaç kez easyfs.tamcozum.org adresine istek yapar. Bu istekte gönderilenler yalnızca şunlardır:

Bu istek çerezsiz yapılır (credentials: "omit"); oturum bilginiz, kullanıcı adınız veya kimliğiniz gönderilmez. Sunucumuz ayrıca, her web sunucusunda olduğu gibi, isteğin IP adresini ve zamanını erişim kayıtlarında tutar.

Sunucumuzda bu bilgilerden şunlar saklanır: sunucu adı, eklenti sürümü, kaç kez sorulduğu, ilk ve son sorulma zamanı. Amaç, ürünün hangi kuruluşlarda kullanıldığını görmek ve lisansları yönetmektir.

4. IFS verilerinize erişim

PDF oluştururken eklenti, listenin verisini sizin kendi IFS Cloud sunucunuzdan okur. Bu konuda bilmeniz gerekenler:

• İstek yalnızca salt-okuma (GET) yapılır. Hiçbir kayıt oluşturulmaz, değiştirilmez veya silinmez.
• İstek yalnızca o an açık olduğunuz sunucuya gider. Eklenti başka bir adrese kimlikli istek yapamaz — bu kısıt kodda zorunlu kılınmıştır.
• İstek sizin mevcut oturumunuz ve mevcut yetkilerinizle gider. Eklenti, sizin göremediğiniz hiçbir veriye erişemez.
• Okunan veri yalnızca tarayıcınızda PDF üretmek için kullanılır ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. PDF dosyası doğrudan bilgisayarınıza iner.

5. Toplamadığımız veriler

• Ad, e-posta, kullanıcı adı veya başka kimlik bilgisi
• Parola, oturum çerezi, API anahtarı
• IFS'teki kayıtlarınız, tutarlar, müşteri/tedarikçi bilgileri, rapor içerikleri
• Gezinme geçmişi, ziyaret ettiğiniz diğer siteler, tuş vuruşları
• Konum bilgisi, cihaz parmak izi

6. İzinler ve neden gerekli oldukları

Web sitelerine erişim (https://*/*)	IFS Cloud her müşteride farklı ve önceden bilinemeyen bir adreste çalışır (ör. ifs.firmaniz.com), bu yüzden sabit bir adres listesi verilemiyor. Eklenti her sayfada yüklenir ancak sayfada bir IFS Cloud liste bileşeni bulunmadıkça tamamen pasif kalır: hiçbir şey okumaz, çizmez veya göndermez.

7. Üçüncü taraflar

Eklenti hiçbir üçüncü taraf servisi kullanmaz. Reklam ağı, analitik aracı, hata izleme servisi veya harici kütüphane yoktur; tüm kod eklentinin içindedir. Verileriniz hiç kimseyle paylaşılmaz, kiralanmaz veya satılmaz.

8. Saklama süresi

Tarayıcınızdaki veriler siz silene veya eklentiyi kaldırana kadar durur. Sunucumuzdaki lisans ve kullanım kayıtları, lisans ilişkisi sürdüğü müddetçe saklanır; talebiniz hâlinde silinir. Web sunucusu erişim kayıtları en fazla 12 ay tutulur.

9. Güvenlik

Sunucumuzla tüm iletişim HTTPS üzerinden şifrelenir. Eklenti uzaktan kod indirmez veya çalıştırmaz; tüm kod Chrome Web Mağazası'nda incelenen paketin içindedir.

10. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında; hakkınızda tutulan verilere erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvurularınız için easyfs.extension@gmail.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir; talepleriniz en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

11. Çocukların gizliliği

Bu ürünler kurumsal kullanıma yöneliktir ve 18 yaş altındaki kişilere hitap etmez; bilerek çocuklara ait veri toplanmaz.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenirse bu sayfadaki "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Veri işleme biçimimizde esaslı bir değişiklik olursa, eklenti arayüzünde de bilgi veririz.

13. Yasal uyarı

Bu eklenti bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından hazırlanmıştır; IFS'in resmî bir ürünü değildir ve IFS AB ile ya da bağlı kuruluşlarıyla herhangi bir bağlantısı, onayı, sponsorluğu veya desteği yoktur. "IFS", "IFS Cloud" ve "IFS Aurena" ilgili sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır ve burada yalnızca uyumluluğu belirtmek amacıyla kullanılmıştır. Eklenti "olduğu gibi" sunulur, hiçbir garanti verilmez; kullanım sorumluluğu tamamen kullanıcıya aittir ve üretilen çıktıların doğruluğu kullanılmadan önce kontrol edilmelidir.

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Conditional Formatting & PDF for IFS Cloud Chrome extension and to EasyFS products. In short: the extension collects no personal data, and your rules and reports never leave your browser.

1. Data controller and contact

These products are developed by EasyFS. For any privacy question, request or deletion enquiry: easyfs.extension@gmail.com

2. Data stored in your browser

The following is stored in Chrome's chrome.storage.local, on your computer only. It is never transmitted to us or anyone else:

You can export or completely delete this data at any time from the extension's Options page. Uninstalling the extension makes Chrome delete it automatically.

3. Data sent to us (licence check)

To determine whether the PDF export feature is enabled for your organisation, the extension contacts easyfs.tamcozum.org at most a few times a day. That request contains only:

The request is made without cookies (credentials: "omit"); no session, username or identity is transmitted. As with any web server, our server also records the request's IP address and timestamp in its access logs.

We store the hostname, extension version, how many times it was asked, and the first and last time it was seen. The purpose is to see which organisations use the product and to manage licences.

4. Access to your IFS data

When creating a PDF, the extension reads the list's data from your own IFS Cloud server. What you should know:

• The request is read-only (GET). Nothing is created, changed or deleted.
• The request goes only to the server you currently have open. The extension cannot make an authenticated request to any other address — this restriction is enforced in the code.
• The request uses your existing session and your existing permissions. The extension cannot reach any data you could not see yourself.
• The data read is used only in your browser to build the PDF and is never transmitted anywhere. The PDF downloads straight to your computer.

5. What we do not collect

• Names, emails, usernames or any other identity information
• Passwords, session cookies, API keys
• Your IFS records, amounts, customer/supplier details, report contents
• Browsing history, other sites you visit, keystrokes
• Location data, device fingerprints

6. Permissions and why they are needed

Permission	Justification

Website access (https://*/*)	IFS Cloud runs on a customer-specific address that cannot be known in advance (e.g. ifs.yourcompany.com), so a fixed list of hosts is impossible. The extension loads on every page but stays completely inactive unless an IFS Cloud list component is found: it reads nothing, draws nothing and sends nothing.

7. Third parties

The extension uses no third-party services. There is no ad network, analytics tool, error-tracking service or external library; all code ships inside the extension. Your data is never shared, rented or sold.

8. Retention

Data in your browser stays until you delete it or uninstall the extension. Licence and usage records on our server are kept for as long as the licence relationship lasts, and are deleted on request. Web server access logs are kept for at most 12 months.

9. Security

All communication with our server is encrypted over HTTPS. The extension does not download or execute remote code; all code is inside the package reviewed by the Chrome Web Store.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK (Law no. 6698) you have the right to access data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to processing. Write to easyfs.extension@gmail.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

11. Children's privacy

These products are intended for business use, are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

If this policy is updated, the "last updated" date on this page changes. If we make a material change to how we process data, we will also say so in the extension's interface.

13. Disclaimer

This is an independent, third-party extension. It is not an official IFS product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or supported by IFS AB or any of its subsidiaries. "IFS", "IFS Cloud" and "IFS Aurena" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility. The extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind; you use it at your own risk and remain responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
